I've been going to Ana since 2024. I carry immense tension in my shoulders and neck, and my entire body is sore from old injuries and sports/fitness. I tend to wait till I am nearly crippled, and I always leave feeling so much better every time. The tension is nearly gone and my muscles feel relaxed.
It wld be smart to maintain a schedule so I can feel optimum since a single session makes so much difference. But this shows just what an amazing massage therapist Ana is. I've been to other LMTs prior to Poise, and Ana is the one I have remained loyal to. The way I felt after my first visit in desperation from chronic pain and tightness sealed the deal.
