“Two weeks ago after the really bad rain storm I discovered a leak in my bathroom. it turned out to be a leak in the walls from the roof that traveled from the roof to our master bath and down to the family room. Home Perfect is attentive to the customer. is very good at explaining what’s going on and the process that will be used to demo, repair and restore. The field associates have been amazing. Dan and Casey have done an exceptional job of calling before they arrive. They keep in contact with each other so they are always on the same page of what needs to be done. We’ve made it through the first part of the demo. Brad the estimator for the company took the time to talk with my insurance company that was at times disagreeing on what needed to be done and what they would cover. He worked endlessly with my insurance company to come to an agreement. Every person I have encountered at Home Perfect has been excellent, Brad, Dan & Kasey as well as the associates in the office have been helpful and don’t stop until I understand and am comfortable with the process. “We needed a repair done after leaving our dog in a bedroom during our kid's birthday party. He tore the carpet away from the door and a also ripped another strip in it. Dunn-Rite was able to cut a square out of the closet and repair it. They did an amazing job. We had them clean the rest of the carpet on our second floor and the stairs as well. Johnny did an amazing job. He was on time, professional, courteous. Our carpet looks great! Highly recommend Dunn-Rite and will be using them again.“

“I had a very good experience with Hero, and especially David Leon was very helpful and always available.Considering the multiple subcontractors, he did a great job, I had some minor issues with the way I needed things done, and David went the extra mile.They did extra duty to match colors in the house, even when I said the stock color was good enough (the color had changed from the vendor over the years) and insisted in getting custom matched color that came out great.Also my wife is home soon from a heart transplant, and there can be no dust at all in the house, since transplant patients are very sensitive to anything in their lungs.Even though the drywall repair was minimal, David bought 4 brand new HEPA air filters to ensure no issues, again above and beyond.Finally even though I have great insurance (these repairs from a water leak), you know the insurance companies always lowball, and Hero negotiated a much more realistic price and got me the quality and experience I had hoped for. I would recommend them to anyone, and especially David Leon, he was the face of the company and was exemplary.“
“My mother and I live in a mobile home and we recently discovered leakage in the bathroom and we decided to stay out of that bathroom one day I went in there to go get something and I would notice that the floor was getting weaker and my foot went right through the floor and made a huge hole The floor was very poorly done from the beginning so my mom got in contact with Quad County Mob they came out and did amazing work in my bathroom they said it would take about a week and it only took three days it was amazing!“

“First off, I have used Tony's services three times, every time he comes and gives me a quote, I am surprised by how inexpensive it is. Tony and his crew are very professional, and they never disappoint. He just finished carpet cleaning 5 rooms, a loft, and my stairs. They look amazing, I was ready to give up on my carpet and switch to hard flooring, because I though there was no way I could get it to look good again. Tony was able to get my carpet to look almost new. Finally, my little boy had popped a glitter ball full of gel in his closet, I wasn't expecting Tony to get it out since it was stuck on their since easter of last year (my boy didn't tell me he popped it and instead hid it), but Tony was able to get it off and it all looks amazing.“
