We recently needed to replace our heating and air units, and knowing of their great reputation in the community, we contacted and hired Ben-Air to do the job. We found the owner, Ben, and both installers, Richard and Mark to be absolutely professional, courteous, and extremely respectful in all our inquiries and related interactions. As our chilly weather has settled in, we have found everything is working efficiently, and are grateful for the work they did for us. We would highly recommend this company to all others. If you're looking for HVAC service, you can stop searching now, Ben is your guy. When the ancient AC unit in our 100 year old home finally broke, we needed it fixed ASAP so we reached out to Ben. His team was fast, the job was reasonably priced, and they went above and beyond with the quality of their work - they even pointed out some roof damage on my house that I never noticed, thanks for the heads up! We needed to replace our old AC unit outside of our residence and Ben-Air came to the rescue! Ben was extremely helpful in ensuring we only replaced what needed to be replaced.
