Paid Ernie $5,800 to install a new HVAC unit... only to find out 10 months later that the unit he installed was too big for the space he put it and not getting proper ventilation therefore shutting off at 65 degrees. Wouldn't heat the house. Called him and left messages 3x over a 2 week period and no reply. Totally ghosted. After several estimates/input from other contractors I ended up paying another contractor $5,000 to move the unit to the attic for proper ventilation. Not happy.Service: Heating system installation

If you are looking for great service, honesty and technical excellence this is the place to call for outstanding AC installation and service. Tom went out of his way to find two lennox units for us, that were exactly what we needed. He didn't up sell us on components we didn't need. The installation was flawless and clean. What a great experience.

We are extremely happy with our new Heating & AC from E.C. Air Inc. Their work was very thorough, clean and quick. We have loads of local AC providers here in San Clemente but, we went with E.C. based on a referral and what a good one it was. The unit is so much more efficient than the previous and we love the phone app driven thermostat. From the negotiation of the contract to the office administration all the way to sweeping the driveway on their way out, this is a top drawer provider. Thanks and I want a commission on all the work you get from my telling everyone.
