By far one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to! I have never felt more comfortable and happy working out with this team ever! I finally met my fitness goals and even competed in a fitness competition which I would NEVER have thought I would ever do bc I love to eat and drink too much lol! They made my prep wonderful and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I have learned so much and even feel comfortable going to a public gym and knowing what to do. Normally it’s so intimidating but I feel so confident now. Eric and Nargiz (owners) have become my friends which so many of there clients do bc they care and are a wonderful support system. I enjoy training at Back 2 Basics because they take the time to get to know you and what you need, to achieve your healthy goals. It is big enough to offer a variety of exercise options but small enough that “everyone knows your name”! Both Eric and Nargiz have been in the personal training business long enough to know exactly what they’re doing. I love taking their boot camps and now Nargiz has a Lyft cycle class in the mornings that’s kicking my butt in a great way!
