I had a 60-minute deep tissue massage with CBD oil and hot stones, and it was exactly what I needed. I’ve been really sore from running and spending way too much time sitting at a computer, and I left feeling so much better. The CBD oil was incredibly relaxing, and the hot stones were honestly out of this world—they were used perfectly on all the areas where I was holding tension. Bridget was wonderful! She really listened to what I needed and knew exactly how to address everything. I’ll definitely be back!

I was post op liposuction where the surgeon recommended Myofascial Release Deep-Tissue Lymphatic Massage.
In a number of sessions Bridget effectively applied her technique in this specialty massage and was able to help the healing process to rid the body of excess fluids and residual dead tissue that is common post op liposuction. The surgeon said she achieved the results I needed in the healing process. Her fees are very fair for her high level of expertise. I recommend her services.
