“Live Athletics is by far the best PT in Westlake Village! I first came to Live over 2 years ago to deal with various basketball injuries but was never able to stay healthy and be on the court. They would always help me get back on the court but the rapid cycle of injuries would always lead me back to live athletics every few months. After being fed up of playing injured and not putting out the output I knew I was capable of, I decided to really work on my body and started consistently coming in to strength train with their PT assistant, John. 4 months in of consistency and my body has never felt better and I'm actually able to PLAY without having to worry about every step I take leading to some sort of injury. I've became faster, light on my feet, and am more explosive than I ever have been and it's not close. My love for basketball has completely came back and I forgot how it feels to truly be able to play pain free up until recently. John has helped me not only transform my lower body but understand how my body works. I'm able to use that knowledge on my own time as well to make even more performance gaines and am extremely grateful for the amazing results I've received.
