I joined with the recommendation from my friend and brother at sport, Nick J. He knew I was having chronic back pain from all the heavy cycling we were doing.
I have to say 2 tough days of strength and stretching and my back is feeling better.
I can’t wait to take it to an everyday fitness level.
Thanks Christian and Live Athletic!

Reviews
Live Athletics is a fantastic PT facility with a top notch team!
Experienced team that really cares about improving the health of all those who come.
Zach and his team were instrumental in my recovery following rotator cuff surgery several years ago. I started seeing them almost immediately after surgery, and worked mostly with Anthony, but the whole team was fantastic. They were patient but tough and tailored the recovery to what I needed, which at that point was just to get running again for my sanity! I continued to see them afterwards for sports recovery and other treatments, but it's been a while. Probably time to go back for some treatment! I'll never go anywhere else for PT.
