“I am going to Fitness Philosophy because of a minor knee injury that hurt in a major way. ( I think it's because I imagined that my 74 year old body could somehow benefit by doing some plies in 1st thru 5th position. The patella part of my right knee objected strenuously to those ballet exercises, especially since I hadn't "warmed up" properly & I was never a ballet dancer, just did lessons for exercise. ) .
