“I’ve used Chem-Dry Blue Ribbon several times now, and they continue to be outstanding — which is why I’m leaving another review. This time they cleaned my house while I was out of town. I have two dogs who always pee in my bedroom because they miss their pee pads. I originally tried cleaning the carpet myself and ended up making it worse unfortunately. I called Better Carpet Clean and i’m SO happy I did. They were friendly, provided solutions in the event my dogs marked their territory again, and gave me insight about the way carpet acts with chemicals.
