I’ve used Chem-Dry Blue Ribbon several times now, and they continue to be outstanding — which is why I’m leaving another review.
This time they cleaned my house while I was out of town. I have a new puppy, so I was expecting at least a few problem areas on my new carpet. Instead, I came home to carpets that were absolutely spotless. No missed areas, no lingering odors — just extremely thorough work.
They showed up on time, used professional equipment and non-toxic cleaning products, and paid attention to details most companies ignore. My technician, Joey, even cleaned an ottoman I didn’t specifically request — just because he wanted everything to look right.
I used to dread calling carpet cleaners after too many bad experiences with bait-and-switch pricing and sloppy work. Chem-Dry Blue Ribbon is the opposite — professional, transparent, and clearly takes pride in what they do. As a business owner, I really appreciate that. Highly recommend.
