“Mike was amazing! My couch had heavy buildup from cats, dogs, kids, and a lot of drink spills, and the armrests were so dark we thought it was just permanent wear. He was able to lift those stains and deep clean the upholstery so the couch looked fresh again, aside from the old cat scratches. He also went above and beyond the upholstery cleaning I scheduled and cleaned my sofa chair, ottoman, and carpet too. That was incredibly generous and thoughtful. “i've tried a few carpet cleaning companies around studio city, and this one was by far the best experience i've had! they came out quickly when we needed them most, right after our family had a stomach bug, and they managed to get every stain out of our carpets. before that, they had already helped us with a room where our dog had a few accidents. they used an enzyme treatment that left the area smelling fresh, and even came back again to make sure everything was completely clean. the technician, mason, was super honest about the stains we had on our couch and let us know which ones could be treated and which ones wouldn't come out, so we didn't waste money on things that couldn't be fixed. we'll definitely be calling them for all our future carpet and upholstery cleaning in studio city!“

“My wool Persian-style rug was under a leaking skylight for a while before I realized it was leaking, and the water damage caused it to rip in the middle when I moved out of that apartment. It sat for a couple years before I found SoCal Rug Masters.

I knew going in that this would be a difficult repair since it would need a patch, but they made it happen! They did a great job cleaning it, and the sewing around the patch is absolutely pristine. I was a little concerned about how hard it might be to find a similar donor rug for the patch, but they found one in a similar colorway so it doesn’t stand out too much. It’s easily covered by our coffee table. We just moved into our new place, and we’re still getting things unpacked (please pardon the junk in the photo), but the rug really makes our living room feel like home now.

This rug has a lot of sentimental value, and I’m so glad to have it back. I can’t recommend SoCal Rug Masters highly enough.“
