Better Carpet Clean

They did a great job cleaning my hallway, bedroom, and staircase carpets. I was impressed by their attention to detail in identifying areas that needed more attention and when they put pieces of plastic under the legs of chairs and small tables to protect the carpet as it dried. They were punctual, professional, and worked efficiently. My carpets looked wonderful after they finished. I definitely plan to use them again.

I bought a used couch without realizing how horrible the dog smell was. I tried cleaning it myself and hired a normal cleaning service and the smell was still there. I called better carpet cleaning and they saved me!!! They came and did a full assessment like I’ve never seen. They were extremely honest and friendly while being professional. They are also incredibly knowledgeable of fabrics and different pet smells that were causing the smell. I was worried to pay another service to clean the couch but I am SO glad I found this company. There is absolutely no more dog smell. Highly recommend to anyone!!
