“I am a new patient in Dr. Monica Crooks' office. I had a teeth cleaning and an initial exam with Dr. Crooks and was very impressed by her. Shortly after that, I had a tooth break. Dr. Crooks office referred me to another dentist in her practice by the name of Katerina Koleva. Dr. Koleva is a wonderful dentist! She removed the old filling, using precautionary measures to protect me from any toxic debris, then prepared and affixed a temporary cap. Three weeks later, I went back and she put in the permanent crown, color-matched to my other teeth. She was careful in giving me the numbing shots, which barely hurt at all. And I felt no pain at all during the procedures. She placed a protective shield in my mouth just in case the crown might slip. (It didn't.) Dr. Koleva kept me informed every step of the way what she was doing and was kind and reassuring in her manner. I think she's an excellent dentist! And her assistant, Edie, was also very good! I'm very happy with Dr. Crooks' office and with her colleague, Dr. Koleva!“

So happy that I didn’t need to do an X-ray today. No wait time. The assistant started the cleaning immediately and patiently taught me how to floss. Doctor Carlos came in shortly and started his examination. He reminded me of filings that I didn’t even remember. He also cleaned my teeth very carefully. “WOW! I've been having my teeth cleaned for a couple of years at Dr. Enmark's office, but I had an actual procedure there - a filling - for the first time yesterday. I was a little nervous, since I haven't had a dental procedure in several years. Dr. Enmark's assistant, Nisha, was warm and friendly, and she put me at ease right away. She placed cotton in my mouth with a local anesthetic to numb the tooth and gums a little. Then Dr. Enmark gave me a shot of Lidocaine to thoroughly numb the area. She gave me the shot so slowly that I didn't feel a thing! And she checked to make sure I was numb enough to proceed. The procedure took about 20 minutes. Nisha and Dr. Enmark kept up a cheerful banter with each other that kept me happily distracted, while they deftly and expertly worked together to fix my tooth. I feel so blessed to have access to such an excellent doctor with a great assistant and all the latest equipment. I didn't feel one bit of pain! I hope to have Dr. Enmark and her team take care of all my dental needs for years to come!“
“I love my dentist! Let me start by saying I am not a fan of tooth workers. They scare me more than Freddy Krueger, Jason, and Pennywise. However, the staff and Dr. Garland put all my fears and phobias to rest. The atmosphere is professional and friendly. The balance is what give a calming effect to those that enter this business. During the COVID pandemic, this team was posed for the transition so that we as patient would feel safe to receive the dental care needed to thrive.
