“I came to Dr. Childress looking for someone to improve the aesthetics of an implant I was never satisfied with. The previous dentist I saw left the crown with a chip and told me that there was no alternative. In addition, the original post made the tooth appear gray, the tooth shape was abnormal, the back of the crown had a divot and there were no contact points. Dr. Childress went above and beyond to give me the best result possible. He took his time assessing what he could improve and explaining his plan. When he placed the crown the first time he was not thrilled with the result. My husband and I were leaving on a trip to Italy 3 days later and Dr. Childress wanted to make sure I had the new crown for the best possible pictures on our trip. He personally drove to Sacramento after office hours to drop off the crown for adjustments and had it ready and put in the evening before our departure. I am extremely pleased with the results! My new crown has a great color, shape, and smooth posterior! In addition to my results, I was impressed with the professionalism, helpfulness, and kindness of the entire team including my hygienist, Catalina, and Jenny, one of the secretaries!
