I never have to wait long or anything. Carolyn does my regularly-scheduled cleanings, and does a great job, and is very nice. Nathalie is great as well, and makes me feel confident that she knows what she is doing. I have never felt that they have tried to "sell" anything or any services to me, and feel I am informed of what is truly important to my health (even though sometimes I don't listen ????♂️ sorry guys! lmao). “20 years ago I was told, where else, that one of my molar teeth needs to be extracted. I started calling random dental offices, and Dr. Picalova agreed to take a look at it. She suggested to do root canal and a crown on the tooth. Which she did. Last month (20 years later) my crown got loose, I went back and doctor was able to cement the crown back. I am very happy! Great doctor, great team.“
