I worked with Elegance Preserved to clean, restore, and preserve my two wedding gowns, and it was the most seamless, beautiful experience.
They came directly to my home for pickup, communicated clearly throughout the entire process, and sent before-and-after photos and updates along the way. When everything was complete, they scheduled delivery back to my home at my convenience.
The preservation packaging is stunning, and I love that they include instructions and white gloves if you ever want to open the gowns in the future.

Flawless cleaning! They removed all of the dirt and stains that got on my dress at the wedding AND cleaned my husband's tuxedo. They give reasonable pricing and are very communicative and transparent, the entire process to delivery felt like a breeze. Would highly recoomend.
