My husband died 4 days ago. He was Jewish, I am not. I bought a burial plot at our local non-sectarian cemetery so that we could be buried together. But I noticed, as I discussed mortuary services with them, that the cemetery mortuary wasn't really knowledgeable about Jewish burial customs. So I looked around and found the Chevra Kadisha Mortuary. I am so thankful that I chose their services.
