Clear Instructions Ignored and Very Poor Communication

Our experience with Spalding Mortuary was extremely disappointing.

From the beginning, we made it very clear that no makeup was to be applied to my mother. Carmen acknowledged this before the contract was signed and again during the signing. We specifically asked that she be presented naturally, the same way they had previously done for my nephew.

After payment was made, communication became very difficult. Phone calls often went unanswered. Even our florist had trouble reaching anyone at the mortuary and ultimately chose to deliver the flowers directly to the church instead.

Horrible experience from the moment they picked up my father in law only 1 person went to pick up his body he dropped him 3 times his own son and daughter had to carry his body out and the person in charge is still in the middle of the apt complex making calls then the communication with the personal in charge is horrible and really bad attitude worst place ever don’t use this mortuary take your love one somewhere else if I can give 0 stars I would definitely

Few weeks ago we've lost the love one we found this mortuary for service at their chapel in Riverside and cremation in Perris the staff is very friendly Brendon helped us through out the funeral service and went above and beyond thankful
