WOW! I cannot recommend Artha enough. I left with revitalized energy and a tranquil state of mind! I started with the infrared sauna - coolest part? They offer multiple infrared light settings including red for anti aging & energizer, green for healing & regenerative, yellow for strength/regenerate internal tissue, indigo for release & rejuvenate, pink to cleanse, indigo for anti-inflammatory, violet for mind body balance, blue to stimulate muscle & circulatory system, orange for physical & mental awareness, and blue for calming & tension relief. This was my first time at Artha and I have to say I am greatly impressed! The ambiance and the girls there were so sweet and amazing and the sauna and cryotherapy was just what I needed on my day off! I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated at the same time- will definitely be back!

Artha is an amazing getaway for anyone looking to relax! The saunas are perfectly hot, the floats are calming, and each massage therapist here is amazing and tailors their massage to your personal needs. Would definitely recommend!
