dark place, there is no music to relax! the manager very rude and treats the girls very badly! I feel like they are being forced to do what they don't want, I didn't feel comfortable and the manager opens the door before time runs out in the room. Bad place

Awful, rude people. Attacked and profiled me for standing in the lobby, waiting for my friend. We were going to get massages but after the nasty, rude lady's vile behavior, we went elsewhere. Businesses like this should not operate in West Hollywood.
