“Dr. Gair was recommended to me by my chiropractor who has retired. Dr. Gair specializes in his laser treatment and orthotics that he created himself. Dr. Gair takes 30 minutes per session and I had to come back 3 times in order to treat my injury on my right foot and the soreness in my neck caused by one of his adjustments. I bought a pair of his orthotics where he needed to get my feet scanned by his machine to make sure they were a good fit for mechanics of my feet. They were very expensive, but they have been more durable than store bought ones and other chiropractor created ones that I've had. It's been two months now and so far so good. I'm noticing more improvements with the way that my feet and ankle are moving. Office staff and Dr. Gair are very nice. I recommend going through the website to make an appointment. You'll get reminder texts on your phone and texting that number seems to be the quickest way to get in contact with them. Note: it's not the number you see on Yelp. They also sell package deals for the sessions. See the receptionist for details. They're only open during the weekdays from Monday to Thursday due to Dr. Gair's schedule. They're located in the second floor. They have a key for the restroom that's located in a different office.“

“Cassandra is an absolute gem in the world of sports massage therapy. As someone who truly values the skill of healing and understands how rare it is to find someone who combines deep technique with a genuine desire to help you recover, I can’t recommend her enough.

What sets Cassandra apart isn’t just her incredible knowledge of the body and ability to target exactly what needs attention—it’s her unique approach and specific technique that feels tailored to you. She doesn’t just go through the motions; she’s fully invested in your healing journey. Whether you’re dealing with a sports injury, chronic pain, or just want to keep your body functioning at its best, she knows exactly how to get you there.

The massage industry can feel like a revolving door sometimes, and it’s so hard to find someone you trust who sticks around. That’s why I hope Cassandra never leaves—she’s truly one of a kind. If you’re looking for a therapist who’s not only incredibly skilled but also cares deeply about your progress and well-being, ask for Cassandra. You won’t just walk out feeling better—you’ll be amazed at the long-term results she helps you achieve.

Do yourself (and your body) a favor and book with her. You’ll thank me later!“

Jenny Tu Acupuncture Sports Medicine

“Listen, I hate needles and if I can avoid it I will, but I've been to Dr. Tu a handful of times due to lifting injuries or other injuries. To be honest, acupuncture is my last line of defense and I'll do it as my last resort just because I hate needles, but the fact that I keep coming here to fix myself despite the aversion to needles is a testament to how GOOD Jenny is. If you're an athlete, come here. She will understand, as she's an athlete herself, as she was an elite powerlifter and martial artist. She, as a clinician just "gets it." which is so important as a clinician! I want to show the few times she has literally and figuratively saved my ass: My sciatica. I went on a road trip and it flared up so bad that I contemplated going to the ER. I couldn't even touch the skin around my glutes, it was so bad that I had numbness and tingling in the saddle area, injection of toradol didn't work, vicodin didn't even work. I was in bed laying on my left side for days. I couldn't walk. My entire right side and some of my left from the low back to my heel hurt, and when I got there some of the symptoms subsided in it's intensity but it was still there. I'm a physical therapist, but II couldn't even do the easist exercises I would prescribe to my patients because it hurt so bad. I couldn't even tolerate any soft tissue massage. She did her work and her magic and brought my pain down to a manageable level where I could tolerate walking, sitting and going to a massage therapist (shout out to citris body workx) who aboslutely annhilated my piriformis and then I was fixed. She was able to get deep into the piriformis and into my hamstring insertion points (it was NOT painless but she did such an amazing job) If it weren't for Jenny, I wouldn't have been able to get there. More recently, she helped me with my neck and shoulder problems that have been getting worse over the past couple months and it came to a head a month ago. Again, acupuncture really fixed a lot of muscle trigger points that was causing the pain. and after a day or two I felt so much better. I even started lifting again (lightly). I am still going to her for the same issue, but the fact that I was living with probably an 8/10 pain (dull deep aching pain) and went to a 4-5/10 is amazing. For my sciatica I went from a 10/10 (as in, almost into the ER, sometimes crying) to a 4/10 immediately and was able to tolerate massage work from somewhere else. Also, if you like dry needling (like physical therapists outside of CA and CA athletic trainers do) then she does that as well.“

“I've been a patient of Dr. Siegel for more than 10 years. He has seen to my many injuries (so many!) and various complaints (the beginnings of arthritis in my lower back, recurring pinched nerve in my neck), always with excellent results. He is generous with his time and knowledge. His rates are very reasonable. I recommend him to anyone who will listen. Thank you, Dr. Siegel!“

“I’ve seen Tracey for a few issues over the years and I’ve been completely satisfied. Doctors usually try and give me cortisone shots or other types of anti inflammatory medicines but each time Tracey has helped relieve the pain with only a few sessions. He’s also taught me stretches to help manage the pain and when I listen and apply what I’ve learned it works. I’m on my way to recovery.“

“I got assigned with Dr. Kang for my case. I couldn’t have been more happy with him and the work he did on me. Even though I will never be the same because of what happened to me. Him and his staff are simply amazing! They never had me wait when I had an appointment. They always made sure to accommodate to any time I had available. Like I said I will never be 100% but he did the best to his ability. If you’re assigned to him, you are in great hands with him and the front deck girls.“
