There’s 3 power racks, dumbbells up to 100, and some machines you don’t see at most gyms like the pendulum squat machine and the glute bridge machine.

You rarely have to wait for a machine or a spot too.“

“I helped my hubby find Doctor Thomas through reviews on Yelp. I’m very happy that my husband agreed to try doctor Thomas. My hubby called to make an appointment they were very friendly and he was able to make an appointment right away. He was walking with a cane because his back hurt so bad. After a few visits and an mri. The mri showed that my hubby was a candidate for decompression of the spine. Slowly my hubby has made great progress so much so that I noticed today he’s no longer walking with a cane and he is able to preform some normal duties around the house. I liked my hubbies results so much I decided to give doctor Thomas a try for my headache and lower back pain. After a few visits I’m feeling much better too. I truly believe in a good chiropractor and natural medicine where possible. It’s nice to have choices when it comes to your health care. For me medication and surgery are a very last resort. “Im a retired nurse and I have been treated by Dr Russo for several years due to back pain. No matter how I feel coming in, I always feel better with relief of pain. He uses a special tool called an activator makes it painful with no "cracking" of the bones. He is open daily M-F and has late appointments as needed due to work. Danielle is the office assistant and is wonderful as well. She works magic with his schedule! Try him, you wont be disappointed!“
