“No surprise on the 5 star rating! My HS athlete and I were visiting in the area for a multi day showcase and my son experienced an injury. We had no idea where to go for help so I turned to the internet and thankfully it didn’t take too long to find DR Hoops. The reviews gave me confidence that this would be a place that could help us but I didn’t know if we would be able to get in on such short notice. I called just before closing time and the amazing receptionist went to go talk with Dr Hoops and they found a time the next morning to get us in. We got immediate answers about what my son was dealing with and it helped us figure out how to handle the rest of our “trip”. Dr Hoops also took extra time to treat my son that day and he has also reached out multiple times to us to check in on him and just see how he’s doing. We plan on going back to visit whenever we are in the area. I wish we had Dr Hoops in our city if we did our son would be a regular patient!”
