Absolutely wonderful experience! My husband had almost completed a remodeling project and didn't look forward to installing the door lock and final pieces. Will was a wonderful asset - is thorough, made welcomed suggestions and we look forward to many more projects in the future.
I had a stellar experience with this company. Will picked up immediately to consult on a toilet fill valve issue that is normally not so difficult to resolve. Will offered to see the issue via video call and photos and gave his suggestions on how to resolve. Although he was off on Sunday, he offered to make an exception to stop by if we couldn't work our issue out. We ended up solving the problem after a few tries with his diagnosis. One call saved a plumber/repairman visit and $$$. Highly recommend and will keep Will in my phone book!
Look no further. Expensive tip: Book him now because he's busy. I called him to fix/seal our doors. He came in to take a look and said it would be a project that required some time and he was booked. But while he was there, he proceeded to look at everything else I had concerns with and just decided that he'd help us out with diverting/extending the gas line to our dryer and install our dryer. He really saved us because I really wanted some of the items on my list crossed off and I definitely needed to do laundry.
