The office kept us informed on arrival times every day. Dennis was on time, clean and professional. He kept us informed of time lines and choices i.e. tiles, paint colors and others. I have a background in carpentry so I understood that he knew his work and took no shortcuts. Very pleasant personality and that does make a difference to me. He replaced the tile floor in the shower. fixed a hole in a closet floor and painted the front door. I would use them again.
Stacey the scheduler and Denis the technician were awesome. They were courteous and professional in all aspects of their jobs. I would gladly use their services again. These comments are coming from a military retired Soldier. Thank you team.
May 18, 2026--Tech providing new services (Ramon') was OUTSTANDING in every regard, professional, friendly, and courteous. He listened to my varied list of requests and made certain everything was done properly. He was extremely meticulous and went overboard to complete the work.
