I was skeptical hiring a handyman service for a light plumbing job (replacing old water lines and several faucets and showerhead) but was delighted to find scheduling and communication handled expertly by Stacey --and then Dennis arrived-- he was polite &'professional and explained technical aspects of the job so well. The office kept us informed on arrival times every day. Dennis was on time, clean and professional. He kept us informed of time lines and choices i.e. tiles, paint colors and others. I have a background in carpentry so I understood that he knew his work and took no shortcuts. Very pleasant personality and that does make a difference to me. He replaced the tile floor in the shower. fixed a hole in a closet floor and painted the front door. I would use them again.
