Erwin the handman took just 2 days to get everything done. He was very prompt and professional. Price was good. Quality of work was excellent. Stacey was very attentive and responsive to my request sending me an estimate immediately and got me scheduled got very quickly. Project was to install a new kitchen faucet and dishwasher air gap. Dennis showed up on time and had a great personality. He completed the job promptly without any issues and took the time to explain everything. One thing I appreciated was the prompt follow up after the completion of the project from Stacey to check to see if I was satisfied and if there were any issues. “Mr. Nice Guy did fantastic work for me. Re did 2 bathrooms installed a wall air conditioner, widened 2 doorways, replaced my water heater and the list goes on. They went above and beyond to get everything done before my husband came home from the hospital. I definitely recommend Roy and his crew, Juan and Yogi. Also my dogs loved them, Roy brought treats for them and cookies for me!!“

“American West installed a new insulated roof and earthquake bracing for me on my Mother's home. They were very polite, well organized and efficient. My Mother said the roof has made the home much quieter than before. She hasn't had an earthquake yet so we don't know how well they'll work, but I'm sure, being Southern California, we'll have one soon enough. I know I feel better knowing she's protected now. I'm very happy with Kent, his crew and the job they did for us. I give them 5 stars.“

He was on time and assessed the work requested before going back to his van to gather the necessary tools.I asked if he could remove two stubborn existing bathroom door knobs while replacing them with new ones. He installed two 16" bathroom towel racks. Lastly and the most lengthy, he removed our existing, dating thermostat for a Nest. It took longer than we anticipated but he was patient the entire time. “Edwin Reyes is very professional, well mannered, and clean. He provided a written estimate and a written invoice. The work he did in my house looks beautiful. So far he has rebuilt and painted 2 walls that were damaged during demo that others did. He put together and installed 2 bathroom base cabinets and baseboards that look great. He installed an air conditioner in a sliding window. I am very pleased with the work Edwin has done and I have more for him to do.“
