My family and I just moved in a to a new Lennar construction home and needed help getting things set up and getting updates done to the home that we opted out of doing thru Lennar. We have used AL Construction in the past and asked him if he could come install wood flooring, help hang lighting fixtures, take care of painting, and asked him to help us with an overall inspection of the home. We aren't construction savvy so we don't really know what is good or bad, and Lennar gave us a 1 year warranty on the home.
