I was fully expecting the higher amount which typically happens on a project. When a couple little glitches came up we were told no worries the price won't change. “Anderson Reconstruction remodeled two bathrooms, the master and a hallway bath. Both were the originals from 1980. We met with Shannon who reviewed with us what we envisioned for our baths and the costs involved which included converting both tubs to showers. Shannon and Greg Anderson, the owner, guided us through the remodel process giving us some great ideas and suggestions. We now have two beautiful bathrooms and new linen closets. We are ready to have our downstairs bathroom remodeled.
From the beginning, Greg, Shannon and Laura and their team (Justin, Albert, Fino, Jose and Gustavo) were great. From the get-go, I appreciated the professionalism of his detailed list of everything included. He offered a fair price-in fact it was less than some other companies claiming to specialize in ADU's. He worked with our budget and architect’s plans (which were a little off but he thankfully corrected them), and we passed all the city inspections. The kitchen in the unit exceeded our expectations and the bathroom shower tile work is lovely. Our tenants commented on what a high-quality build it was compared to other places they have lived. He did double insulation on the shared wall with the house and there is virtually no noise between the two units which we are so happy about.
