It is so refreshing to get high-quality, reliable service these days.And that is what we get from John and the Sparkle Pool & Spa Service.Sparkle came recommended by the previous owner when we bought our home in April 2022. And Sparkle has serviced our pool since then.The guys who do the weekly maintenance keep the pool perfect. They have a high standard and are quite personable.When our sweeper pump failed, John guided us through the warrantee process so we could get a free replacement via the extended warrantee on our system (rather than the one on the pump which had expired). My pool pump didnt just die, it exploded. I had an emergency and didn't know where to turn. A contact suggested I reach out to John at Sparkle Pool. Having no business relationship with John I was concerned he would not be willing or able to address my needs. Wrong! John was friendly and helpful from the beginning. He went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable in what he proposed , explained what may have happened, and what he felt needed to be done. I had a new pump up and running within 5 days of making a call to John and that is even after a wrong electrical configuration that existed caused a delay of two days. Amazing work..
