We purchased a new home that had with a pool with not so great water chemistry levels. Our cyanuric acid (130) was extremely high. Our calcium hardness was high (550) which caused scaling on the side of the pool. Our TDS was elevated at 2500. It made it really difficult to keep chlorine level and balance within the pool with these other out of range levels. Despite partially dumping and refilling the pool a couple times, a foot at a time, the numbers didn't improve too much. We are very glad Tom did reverse osmosis for our pool and saved us the time and harmful environmental impact of draining and refilling our entire pool. He came during the daytime to test and purify the pool, left his water purifier truck to work overnight, and came back the next morning to make sure our water chemistry is balanced. Our pool is now crystal clear and the readings are perfect!I highly recommend using Tom since he's knowledgeable and will actually spend the time to educate you on your pool pump and water chemistry.

We had a high total dissolved solids condition in our pool and we were looking for a different option than draining our pool as recommended by the local pool supply company. My wife found East Bay Water Solutions and we scheduled a meeting with Tom. Tom is extremely knowledgable on pool chemistry and mechanics and provide a detailed explanation on the reverse osmosis filtration pool purification process and the entire process. Great option to remove dissolved solids (mostly high calcium hardness) from pool water without draining pool during drought. There's still some water sent to waste, but not near as much as the 50-70% drain my pool required. Owner is very knowledgeable and sensitive to your needs. He also set expectations well before starting the job.
