I recently relocated to the area and was looking for a new hair stylist. I stumbled upon Rare Byrd's page on Yelp and decided to look at the stylist's work on Instagram, that's how I found Malyna!Malyna took the time to understand what I wanted, recommended new products for my hair that really made a difference (without the pressure of having to buy directly from their salon - much appreciated!) She brought my hair back to LIFE!The salon itself is really cute, lots of natural light, plants everywhere and overall, an eclectic vibe. Parking is somewhat limited, but there's a lot of street parking/meters available nearby as well.I look forward to going back.

If you’re a curly haired girly and looking for a great stylist to cut your curls - stop looking and make an appointment with Gabby!! She is amazing and I absolutely loved my hair cut. I love my curls and need help managing and finding products that work well with my hair, and Gabby used products that make my curls feel SOOOO SOFT. It is difficult to find a stylist for curly hair because they’re a different beast - but Gabby did an excellent job and definitely recommended, I haven’t been able to stop staring and feeling my luscious curls all dayPLUS, everyone at the salon is so kind, it’s very clean, cute books and coffee mugs for sale and best of all they offer...read full review

I get my hair done by Malyna she does a wonderful job every time and always nails my color. Im constantly getting compliments on how shiny and stylish my hair is. I highly suggest this salon.
