“I’ve been coming to this office for the past 7 years, and the front desk staff (especially Alison, but truly everyone) deserves a gold medal. They are always welcoming, professional, and efficient.

I’ve mostly seen Kathy Kogar, who has been consistently informative, helpful, and great at addressing any questions or concerns. She follows up thoroughly and is very detailed with her exams, which I’ve always appreciated.

The office and bathrooms are always clean, which makes every visit more comfortable.

What I think could be improved: I haven’t interacted much with the doctors themselves (other than when I had a cesarean — Dr. Sullivan was wonderful), even though my visits are billed at doctor-level fees. It would be nice if the doctors were a bit more present during regular visits.

That said, the excellent staff, attentive care, and overall positive experience keep me giving this office 5 stars.“

Angie has been in electrolysis & this location for over 30 years, very well maintained & clean. Pricing is incredibly great for the service she provides! Angie is gentle, thorough, considerate & good spirited. She respects your needs/wishes, understands the ins & outs of treatment & provides the most at each appointment. Throughout the appointment she has a conversation with you (which helps a bit to distract you), checks in with how you're doing & updates you on how your treatment is going. She makes her own moisturizing cream that she applies after rolling over your skin with a cool gauze of witch hazel, the moisturizer is very healing & great for sensitive skin, with a very mild scent, that I appreciate. There is another woman that works in a separate room of the office which also comes highly recommended. I feel lucky to have fallen under Angie's care, my experience continues to be nothing but beneficial.“

“I went to Beauty Lounge and Wine Bar for the first time last night and left teary eyed, but not for any reason other than the fact that I felt so pretty from the hair cut and color I received from Jonathan.

I came in with hair that kept reverting to red and a weird, shelf of hair that made no sense. He went through the approach for the cut, potential costs, consulted neighbor hair stylists, and got started. I was there for 4 hours and had a couple of glasses of wine while I was there (they have a full bar!!). We chatted easily and along the way he made sure I was comfortable, agreeing with the cut, color, etc. Highly recommend Jonathan.“

“I had my finally, first Botox and filler appointment ever. Had been waiting and finally pulled the trigger. I saw Nurse Jina who did my lips, and Botox brow lift, around the eye, and in my chin dimples. I told her I wanted to open my eye area up due to hooded eyes and them scrunching up when I smile and my chin dimples/ scrunches up when my mouth is closed due to my overbite.

I was definitely nervous at first when I saw the swelling. I bruised quite a bit. But now it’s been almost a week and I’m really LOVING the results. I feel a little swelling still but they’re looking PERFECT! I wanted natural and I feel they are very natural (lips) I also see a lot less chin dimples and I definitely can see when I smile big, my eyes don’t scrunch as bad.

Already planning my next appointment for Cheek filler and Botox in my 11’s and Massaters.
