Joseph stopped by my house to inspect a possible mildew and wet drywall.He was very professional and was proactive about his approach in making sure everyone was respected and understood the risks, options, and tradeoffs.He provided a report shortly after and also pointed out possible causes of the dampness.The report outlined two possible resolutions and was concise. I still have to decide if I want to go through with the treatment. But the experience so far has been very positive.I recommend this business

After the heavy rain, we spent the New Year’s Eve pumping the water out from our basement. When the issue persisted in the morning, we called Joseph from Excellent Home Remodeling and they came out very quickly and helped remediate the flooding issue. He also gave us some insights on what may have caused the flooding and looked at other plumbing to make sure everything looked okay. So glad we were able to find Excellent Home Remodeling and will be using their services in the future!
