“I have been here 2 times. I got here around closing time. They didn't want to open the clinic up but due to my son's situation they opened it up last minute. My son got diagnosed with UTI and we got medicine right away. Honestly a lot of the reviews here are not great just like the other urgent cares in the HD but keep in mind that these places are all ways busy and a stressful environment. Mike and Nick really helped me out. I'm so grateful. PA Riley is amazing! I used Blue Shield and my co pay was $50“
“5 stars mainly because of Ms. Suzanne Percival-Pacini, PA-C. She was compassionate and thorough. She explained everything so that my daughter who was sick, could understand. Her care was excellent. Best service for high desert Urgent Care.LVN went over after visit summary. ?Parking located past St Mary's ER parking lot. Plenty of parking. Check in process was easy. Not too long of a wait for vitals, then to see PA-C. Masks required.“
“Ok so at first it was looking rough coming in... it was kinda crowded and was told I couldn't wait in the car... but Terry was extremely nice and told me I could wait outside.. the wait was about an hour with an appointment not too bad.. got to the back and had to wait additional 30 mins was kinda getting annoyed but the doctor came in and was very nice and professional! Definitely would come back thank you Terry (front desk) you were so sweet and helpful (with my anxiety)“

“They need to add better Urgent Care hours since they failed to build an ER to service ALL of the High Desert and Barstow. 9am doesn't cut it, waits are long, lines for the pharmacy are long, it's almost beneficial to drive down the hill and get better faster service! But when you need Urgent Care; how safe is it to really drive 40 miles to Urgent Care... this is not patient centered care at it's finest! We need better services“
