Very unprofessional and disrespectful! I had a phone appointment this morning and they claimed they called me 3 times. But didn't give me enough time to answer my phone. I was put on hold for a long time and they can't squeeze me in until end of the month.
It's too bad they got an F in rating that's pretty bad I've never heard of a hospital getting an F be careful they might be better now because of the f so they might be extra nice now because now they're on watch they're being watched very closely and F can you believe a hospital got an F I can't imagine how awful and what they must have found I hope they step up their game
I gave two stars because of the provider that was there today. He was knowledgeable and took his time to check me and my daughter and gave me Some tips. But goooosshh the wait time is horrible . I was there at 9:30 AM and didn't leave until 1:30 . With the last 1hr and 10minutes in the room .
