The office staff is completely unprofessional. Trying to get a refill on my meds is a joke. I called and was put on hold for 25 minutes and then they hung up. Never had this problem in the past with them, just started about six months ago. Reading the reviews on this office, I'm not the only one who has problems with them. 3 stars is pretty bad for a business that's been established for many years.
My mother has been going to this office for years. Seems the office has grown beyond its own capacity and capability! The office staff has always been an issue. Having to continue to follow up on refills is unacceptable when the medication is needed daily. If I did not advocate for my elderly mother, I feel like she would be in a residential care facility vs enjoying her last years at home with family. Dr Milani has always been compassionate which is the reason I have continued to seek geriatric care for my mother here. After today’s visit I am not feeling the same.
