While some of the doctors are excellent and thorough, the whole process with this group is very lengthy. They do NOT have an efficient medical system. You may end up having to go to the emergency room because you’re DYING of something that was originally not deadly and COULD’VE been treated promptly. Most doctors are in at least a slight hurry and don’t listen all the way AND you can hear them on the other side of the door when you’re in a patient room joking about caring for the community.

Come to St. Mary’s Urgent Care if you want to be treated like a number. Let me preface this review by stating that I came here the day after Christmas. I’m sure the day after a major holiday creates more delays. The expected wait time to be seen was 3 hours. When I finally was seen around the 3 hour mark, I waited another 30 minutes in the room. The medical personnel then entered the room, but that’s literally I can say about them because the woman that saw me didn’t introduce herself, her role at the clinic, or why I should trust her assessment. Like I said, come here if you want to be treated as a number. I will not be back.

I've been here since 730am, I was the 3rd person in line, and still have not been seen. I got here early just so I didn't have to wait for a long time but it's been 2 hours. Everyone who has come in and checked in after me however keeps getting called. This place is horrible, slow and does not care about your time. Find another place to go if possible because this place ain't it.
