To say Dr toma is an exceptional choice would be a major understatement he's perhaps one of the most brilliant Dr I've come to know he is probably the only doctor I'm comfortable being with he ensured that I'm always in good hands and he goes above and beyond to answer any of your concerns in a professional and knowledgeable way I highly recommend him
