I visited that clinic because they are USCIS-approved, and my mother needed the required exams.
The experience with Dr. McKinney was excellent; she was very attentive to my mother's needs, and I was surprised by how well she was able to communicate with my mother in Spanish.
Unfortunately, the nurses are rude and not at all attentive.
Yesterday I went to drop off the package with my Kaiser lab results; I had been told over the phone that they closed at 5:00. I arrived at 4:46 and kept knocking, but no one opened the door. I have been a patient here for over 10 years, and I wouldn’t trade this practice for any other. They are always thorough, attentive, and truly take the time to address my needs. Thank you to Dr. McKinney and Nurse Practitioner Laura Halterman—you both are the best. The staff is also wonderful and consistently goes above and beyond.

I always have a wonderful experience at every appointment. The nurses are so helpful and caring. Laura the nurse practitioner really listens and gives great advice and helps to solve any issues. I have been working on my health for the first time in years because the care I receive is phenomenal.
