Horrible communication. I called a week in advance of my appointment and requested a zoom or phone appointment due to work, they said she does not change in office appointments to phone appointments so i would have to reschedule to August 14th (2 weeks later). I agreed (with some exchange)but let them know this was just for referal purposes so in office would not be needed,(dermal for skin cancer check).I recieved a letter stating cancled appointment without a call, so no further appointments will be accepted. I hurt the nurses feelings when i pointed out the obvious that my time is my time so an appointment date change was not needed and it would not interupt the...read full review
