I am very happy with the services I received. I ended up paying more than intended since I wasn't told beforehand that their carpet cleaning special was only for 12x12 rooms, and I ended up adding pet odor removal and getting my rug cleaned, but the extra I paid was more than worth it. My carpets and rug smell, look, and feel so nice. It had been awhile since my carpets were cleaned so they were flat, and now my carpet is fluffy and soft again. The two gentlemen that came in to clean the rugs were very friendly and professional, and kept asking me how the carpets looked. I will definitely use them again.Services: Carpet steam cleaning
My elderly Mother had a water leak throughout her whole house. She had to have her carpets torn out and water remediation done. Her whole house had to be packed up. Kount on US Carpet did an excellent job and we were very grateful. They went above and beyond what was expected. They even put my Mom's hospital bed back in her room and made the bed! All the staff involved were very kind and helpful, and always got back to us quickly when we had any question. I highly recommend the company.
