I ended up paying more than intended since I wasn't told beforehand that their carpet cleaning special was only for 12x12 rooms, and I ended up adding pet odor removal and getting my rug cleaned, but the extra I paid was more than worth it. My carpets and rug smell, look, and feel so nice. It had been awhile since my carpets were cleaned so they were flat, and now my carpet is fluffy and soft again.
