This was not a customer but a salesperson from another sdtore that needed pad. Guess they don't stock it. I was going to sell to them at my cost to help them out. Customer started to ask questions about tax and margins. That is when I asked if she wanted it or not. I had other customers waiting.Was willing to help .

My experience at carpet club was wonderful the service was fantastic. They took there time with me and showed me many different carpetings and different prices in my budget. Very warm and friendly place.

Debbie was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. She helped us every step of the way and came out to do a professional measurement of my house. The pricing was half of what "bigger" flooring places and financing was super easy. Carpet install was great! The team that completed the install was very helpful! They gave me great advice on my flooring and great tips. The carpet is so plush and beautiful! I'm so glad I went with them and love that they are local. Highly recommend
