Wait time wasn’t too bad, but the PA was really nice and explained everything to me thoroughly. I would recommend this place for anyone looking to get seen same day and leave at a decent time! Thank yall
Effective treatment, thorough and knowledgeable. It took nearly four hours for treatment time when patient flow did not appear excessive. Timeliness could/should be addressed as a higher priority
I recently visited Heritage Urgent Care and was seen by PA Sutton for high blood pressure. He was very kind, professional, and easy to talk to. He took the time to listen to my concerns and made me feel comfortable during the visit. The rest of the staff was also friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Overall, I had a very positive experience and truly appreciated the care I received. I would definitely recommend Heritage Urgent Care to others.
