R&K was the service provider that my home warranty scheduled to do a repair on my double wall oven. Appointment was scheduled & had what appeared to be a "no show". Called R&K direct & found that they never received contact from warranty company (Sears Cinch) to schedule the job. They scheduled for appt w/in week as they were doing out of town jobs that week. John showed up ready to work, very professional, determined the problem, ordered the part which arrived within a week. Sears/Cinch scheduled R&K to come back out to install within 2 days. Contacted R&K and learned that once again they were never contacted to work within their schedule. R&K got me scheduled. Again...read full review
