Had a small miscommunication issue due to limited staff which is completely understandable from a small family owned business. If you're looking for a personal connection this is going to be the place. The Dr. Reached out and apologized for the miscommunication which wasn't really his fault but as a team leader he owned it. My experience was changed from a frustrated one to a great one. Dr Skromme went above and beyond and ordered me additional contacts and provided a gift card. Under no circumstances have I had any issue resolved in this manner I want to thank the staff and Dr Skromme. My wife and I will be both be coming back and are more than appreciative and understanding.
