There are several technicians working behind the reception windows and a monitor that shows when a patient's prescription is ready for pickup. The staff works very quickly and efficiently.

So glad they have a pharmacy. We were on our way to Sonoma, California for a concert already 2 hours into our drive when I remembered I left my asthma meds at home. Phew 😅 I was able to pick up on my way up north. Beautiful grounds and so very clean. A bit understaffed but the staff was professional and did the best time I could imagine for my situation. Thank you guys 🙏.

I called in with questions regarding a more complicated apt to schedule and Eric was absolutely amazing! I have never had anyone help me to the extent he has when trying to figure out my insurance and getting something scheduled. Such great service at this kaiser location!!
