I made an appointment by sending a text message. When I went in, the place was completely empty, so apparently no appointment was actually needed that day. I had the deluxe pedicure with gel, which includes callous removal. The tech was extremely thorough in removing all the dead skin around my nail bed, trimming my cuticles nicely and applying the polish. The hot towel. treatment and massage was very nice. I will say that she could’ve done a better job scrubbing my calluses because there are definitely still some calluses remaining on the sides of my toes. I live in Oxnard and always feel rushed by other salons. I want to feel like I'm paying for quality work and not in a labor line and rushed out the door for the next client. I had a work trip in Long Beach and found a salon to kill time at. The lady there did a very thorough job and took her time cleaning me up. I wanted to bring her home! I found someone just as good here at Neon Nails! I work near by and decided to give this place a try and I'm so glad I found them. It's nice, updated, and clean. Lucia here took her time cleaning me upand boy did my toes need her touch! Sean did the nail art and did an excellent job! Thank you both. I'll definitely be back!
