I'm not sad to say I will not be back. I think she was mad at me because I only wanted a fill. Did not take all my nail polish off left it on my nails and skin filled over it. Didn't say 2 words the whole 18 minutes I was there while she was doing them. Got up twice because they were not dry. Came back took the file and kind of shaped them. Left all jagged underneath. She put coats on the top left me under the lamp for 60 seconds got up and left so I had to start the other hand on my own. In any business where customer service reigns, you really need to reconsider your career. If you are done in the nail business then leave. You are not doing anybody any full review

Staff was nice BUT we made an appointment and had to wait. The following issues happened: * Clippers were not from a cleaned pack, they were just in the mail basket * my friend chair didn't drain so instead of moving her they kept removing and adding water to a bucket while she sat in the chair & they continued the pedicure * the nail tech wrapped up my friends legs and told her to relax --15 minutes later she came back after I heard her eating ( give the staff a lunch) * nails not cleaned and left looking sloppy * place looks jenky and boxes piled all over the place making it unsightly

This place did not look like the was pretty dirty and the towels were really dark/used/nasty. The service itself was fine but I won’t be returning because of the overall feel of uncleanliness. Also customers were not wearing masks.
